Losing Weight

Losing weight is a pretty difficult thing to do I say this because I've tried it, therefore I am not going start giving all the normal weight loss tips you see on other websites but am just going to advice you guys  to take it slow and easy.Eat what you like but do not over eat, do not eat late at night let's say after 9pm.You should also know that you do not need to have a gym membership to lose weight you can just Increase your level of activeness during the day maybe by dancing when you feel like or walking to school or work, skipping rope....well that's just to mention a few.Whenever you find your self tempted to over eat or eat so much crappy foods just stop for a second and ask your self if you would be happier if you ate that food or if you lost more weight.Finally and most Importantly drink lots of water!!!...it will help you stay full and therefore less hungry.
Whatever size you are just know that you are beautiful and love yourself no matter what.
